Customer communication is important to us. We have a great team of Customer Service Representatives ready to take care of your needs.

Do you need to begin or stop service, or discuss your current billing? For routine inquiries, we can serve you better and faster if you call or stop by our Business Office between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Because we’re located right in the community we serve, you can count on us to do the best we can to give you the service you need. As your community-owned utility, we work hard each day to anticipate your needs and exceed your expectations.

After Hour Emergencies, please call 573.364.2195
After hour emergencies are handled by our night and weekend staff. Yes, we have staff on-duty 24 hours a day to handle emergencies, along with monitoring and operating the electric and water systems. Through our electric monitoring system, many times we are aware of outages before the phone starts to ring.

During an electrical outage, please note that the phone lines may be busy and we will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.
